- Technical Access Failure: You paid for a report but were unable to access it due to a confirmed technical error on our platform within 7 days of purchase.
- Duplicate Charge: You were erroneously charged multiple times for the same purchase.
- Unauthorized Transaction: You believe a purchase was made fraudulently without your authorization.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Dissatisfaction with the content or interpretation of the algorithmically generated report.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Requesting a refund after the report has been fully accessed or generated.
- Partial months of an active subscription.
- Inability to use the service due to incorrect birth data input by the user.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Canceling a subscription does not retroactively refund payments already made.
